Your meds and labs on one page.
The doctor at a walk-in clinic has none of your history. Précis turns photos of your pill bottles, prescriptions and lab printouts into a one-page summary you can show them, in a couple of minutes.
Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play in Canada.

How it works
- Photograph the label on a pill bottle, a doctor’s prescription or a lab printout.
- Précis reads the text on your phone and fills in the medication, strength, directions, prescriber, lab values and reference ranges.
- You check each field against the paper. Nothing reaches your summary until you confirm it.
- At the clinic, tap Show doctor for a large-print version, or share the summary as a PDF.
Built on three promises
Stays on your phone
Text is read on the device. Records are kept in an encrypted database. No account, no cloud, no ads, no analytics.
No diagnoses
Précis copies what is printed. It never interprets results, flags values or gives medical advice.
You confirm everything
Every field shows the line it was read from. You fix anything that’s wrong before it is saved.
For your family too
Keep separate profiles for a child, a parent or anyone you look after. Each has their own medications, labs and summary.
Medication names are matched against Health Canada’s Drug Product Database using the DIN printed on Canadian pharmacy labels. Précis is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a health professional.
